Refund Policy - the basics

Here at SDA we do not accept refunds for any order on any product unless the product has claimed to have not been received or there is a error regarding your package (for example your document has been corrupt). We will not accept full refunds if a customer is not satisfied but we will offer a free replacement. We use a 7 day refund policy. Contact us within 7 days from your order

How to get a refund

Here, we'll show you how to get a refund if you met the conditions above:

Step1: Take photo evidence of your issue i.e screenshots or screen recordings

Step 2: Open your e-mail and prepare to send a message to our email semire.services@yahoo.com ensuring the subject is "Request for Redress"

Step 3: Ensure you fully document your issue and attach your Original receipt along with your photographic evidence.

Step 4: Send your email and within business days (5-7 days) we will reach out to you to complete your redress

Step 5: At the time we respond, a unique code will be sent to your e-mail, kindly respond to that e-mail with your account details ( account number, account name, etc.). You will receive your full refund shortly.
